The Site provides a platform for employers to post job listings and for users to browse job and training opportunities. We are a listing platform and not the employer or training provider; we do not guarantee job placement.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information. Employers posting jobs agree that their postings comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for your account security.

4. Content

All content uploaded by users remains the responsibility of the uploader. We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates our policies or the law.

5. Fees & Payments

Basic listings are free (customize as needed). If you introduce paid services, clear fee terms will be provided. We are not responsible for transactions between employers and applicants.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Posting fraudulent or illegal job ads
  2. Sharing personally identifiable information of others without consent
  3. Using the site to harass or defraud

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkilledNepali will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of use of the Site.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform. Users may delete their accounts by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where SkilledNepali is registered.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
