1️⃣ Experience in Piping, Wiring & Termination
Installed PVC, EMT, and GI conduits as per approved drawings and site requirements.
Performed conduit bending, threading, and fixing with proper alignment and support spacing.
Pulled single-core and multi-core cables through conduits using appropriate tools and methods.
Carried out cable glanding, lugging, and termination in panels, junction boxes, and equipment.
Ensured proper identification, ferruling, and labeling of wires and cables.
Conducted continuity and insulation resistance testing before energizing circuits.
2️⃣ Experience in Armored Cable Laying & Termination
Laid LV/MV armored power cables through trays, trenches, ducts, and underground routes.
Installed cable glands (brass/double compression) suitable for armored cables.
Performed armoring, earthing, and proper gland tightening as per standards.
Terminated cables at panels, transformers, DBs, and motor control centers.
Maintained correct bending radius and segregation of power and control cables.
3️⃣ Experience in Cable Tray Installation
Installed perforated, ladder-type, and GI cable trays as per layout drawings.
Fixed trays with proper supports, hangers, brackets, and suspension systems.
Ensured correct leveling, alignment, and spacing between supports.
Installed tray accessories such as bends, tees, reducers, and covers.
Maintained cable tray earthing and bonding as per safety standards.
4️⃣ Familiar with Control Wiring, DB Installation Wiring & Termination
Performed control wiring for panels, MCCs, and automation systems.
Wired contactors, relays, timers, push buttons, selector switches, and control devices.
Installed Distribution Boards (DBs), mounted breakers (MCB/MCCB/RCBO), and busbars.
Terminated incoming and outgoing feeders in DBs.
Carried out phase identification, labeling, and load balancing.
Conducted functional testing and troubleshooting of control circuits.
